1月11日讯 在接受《足球报》专访时,最近刚接手重庆铜梁龙的萨尔瓦多谈到了他选择来重庆执教的原因以及未来目标。
在上赛季结束后,你收到了重庆铜梁龙的邀请,并很快被俱乐部正式任命为主教练。能否分享一下这个过程?
首先,重庆铜梁龙俱乐部对我非常感兴趣。在与他们进行了一段时间深入交流后,我意识到自己还收到其他球队的邀约,需要认真评估。我认为来到重庆是一个机会,因为这里有完善的发展计划和严肃认真的态度,这让我觉得这家俱乐部与我的理念十分契合。
你刚开始带队的时候做了哪些工作?
我一开始主要集中于构建球队基础,为新赛季做好充分准备。我希望能够展现出自己的风格,以更勇敢的方式踢球。我们需要关注自身,而不是过分看重对手,让每位球员都清楚比赛中应该如何应对,这是第一阶段工作的重点。
在前往海口之前,俱乐部官宣了许多球员离队,大规模换血之后,新赛季人员架构将有哪些变化?
我们会很好地结合年轻球员和经验丰富的老将,希望建立一支具备发展潜力的新团队。这也是老板向我提出的重要目标之一,我们要培养更多优秀人才,不仅为了我们的球队,也为了中国足球,希望能为国字号输送优秀年轻选手。这一点深深打动了我,因此未来也会着眼引进一些年轻才俊,同时保留必要的一些经验之士。
The last season’s three foreign players have all left. What is the progress on recruiting new foreign players?
I’m currently at a decision-making stage regarding our three new foreign player positions, considering各种可能性以便最终作出最佳选择。
You mentioned that Chongqing Tongliang Long primarily relies on young talents, and you excel in developing them. Is this one of the reasons for your choice to come here?
This was indeed an important factor; there are many outstanding young players with room for improvement here, which motivates me greatly。实际上,对我来说,一份工作是否吸引我的关键并不在于合同或薪资,而是在于俱乐部所提供的发展计划。
Your arrival brought what expectations from management? What are your long-term and short-term objectives?
长远来看,是培养高水平青年才能。如果这些年轻人逐渐提高,那么我们的成绩自然会上升。此外,还可以实现良好的内部循环。而短期内则希望让广大重庆球迷期待我们的表现。同时,我个人想要尽早推动冲超这一目标。
我渴望长期待在这支球队,因为只有这样才能落实各项计划,实现可持续发展的战略。在此过程中,我会同管理层及董事长紧密合作,共同建设好这个团队。”
< P >You mentioned wanting to implement high pressing and quick transitions similar to several Spanish coaches who previously faced challenges due mainly to local players’ technical abilities. Do you believe domestic athletes can meet these requirements now?
I do think so! You referred earlier about some Spanish coaches whose goals might not align entirely with mine since coaching styles vary widely among individuals. Some may prioritize immediate results while I adopt a more forward-thinking approach focusing beyond just winning matches or seasons—although those remain essential.
In addition however I'd like breakthroughs along other fronts such as nurturing talent enhancing their capabilities etc.
The Chongqing Tongliang Long Club has recently undergone significant changes after increasing its capital stock. How crucial do you find this transformation concerning professional clubs' sustainability growth including achieving both long term/short term targets? This discussion essentially relates back towards professionalism within sporting institutions: if managed correctly it would mean greater resources available enabling better development pathways & capacities amongst existing/future athlete pools alike—for instance providing us access improved facilities/tools assisting longer-range ambitions directly translating into heightened fan engagement leading ultimately motivating every single member associated push themselves harder tackle upcoming obstacles ahead!
